Linux Diagnostics Competency: Working proficiency with SSH/SCP, systemctl, journalctl, network diagnostics (ip/ping), log analysis, and executing Bash/Python scripts for troubleshooting.
Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Ability to interpret diagnostic outputs and technical documentation, with experience in firmware/software provisioning or hardware validation.
General Requirements: Valid driver's license, full-time onsite availability, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and flexibility for alternative shifts/weekends as needed.

Basic Script Reading: Ability to read and interpret basic Bash or Python scripts to troubleshoot script execution failures.
SOP Auditing & Leadership: Ability to audit existing SOPs, serve as a local escalation point, and assist with onboarding new technicians
